About Nexus
Born in maintenance. Built for industry.
Nexus Mechatronics & Data from Cologne builds an industrial ecosystem for manufacturers, operators and service providers. Five products work on one continuous data chain: from the delivery of a machine to the spare part and service request back to the manufacturer.
Why Nexus
The information exists. Just not where it is needed.
Where is the manual? Which spare part fits? Who fixed this fault last time? Maintenance teams lose time searching every day. The data sits with the manufacturer, in a folder or in a colleague’s head.
Nexus takes it to the machine. The manufacturer enters the data once, the operator imports it in one click, and every spare part or service request goes back to the manufacturer.
How the Nexus network worksWhat sets us apart
Built for the shop floor, not the office.
- Founded by an industrial mechatronics technician
- Experience in maintenance, mechanical engineering and series production
- Software from Cologne, engineered in Germany
- Servers in the EU, tenant separation on the server
